Contact our client services team or visit our online portal to request a Return Authorization Number (RAN) within 30 days of receiving your order.
Secure Packaging
Place your jewellery in its original ANTON presentation box and include all authenticity certificates, diamond reports, and your original sales receipt.
Insured Shipping
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at an authorized courier location; we recommend ensuring the package is scanned for tracking.
Inspection and Refund
Once our master jewellers verify the condition and authenticity of the returned piece, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
